Helping couples talk about money- and everything underneath it

Money conversations, made easier — for partners building a life together

We created the Intentional Partnership Collective because we keep seeing the same pattern: people doing the “right things” with money on paper, but still feeling disconnected from what they were building together in life.

As a married couple, we've lived in the space where financial decisions, career demands, and relationship dynamics all overlap. We know how easy it is to stay in constant motion, planning, optimizing, achieving, without ever creating space to actually step back and ask: is this the life we want together?

As a psychologist (Angela) and a relationship-focused practitioner (Lisa), we've also seen how rarely couples get the opportunity to slow down and explore money and connection in the same room. Financial conversations often feel technical or stressful. Relationship work often stays separate from practical life decisions. But in reality, the two are deeply intertwined.

We bring those conversations together through workshops, education, programming, and intensives, drawing equally on therapy and financial coaching to help couples work through both the emotional and practical sides of building a life together. It's guided time to reflect, realign, and reconnect with what matters most.

The Intentional Partnership Collective is for couples who are building something together and want to do it with more clarity, alignment, and intention, attending to the financial, emotional, and relational pieces alike.

We built this because we needed it too.

The thing almost nobody schedules — but the couples who do it feel the difference. It's a scheduled time — sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly, where we actually get on the same page: expenses, income, the vacation coming down the pike, the stress that's been building. Make a plan together to meet, make an agenda, celebrate the wins and keep meeting!
